15 days before your first park day, your personal Magic-Maker reaches out by email to kick off the planning and get to know your family better. Your guide will then send you a complete PDF list of attractions and activities, so you can choose your favorites together.

Lightning Lane / Premier Access
Your guide will need access to your Disney account to purchase your Lightning Lane or Premier Access passes, depending on your destination.
- ✦ Orlando (Walt Disney World): Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass can be purchased 3 days before your ticket start date, or 7 days before check-in if you're staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
- ✦ California (Disneyland): Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be purchased together with your ticket, or starting at 7 AM on the day of your visit. Single Pass can only be purchased on the day of your park visit.
- ✦ Paris (Disneyland Paris): Premier Access One can only be purchased on the day of your visit. Premier Access Ultimate can be purchased as soon as you buy your ticket and link it to your Disneyland Paris account.
