Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mymagicvip.com(the "Site") and the virtual guide and concierge services offered by MyMagic VIP ("MyMagic VIP," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or book with us.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book our services.
2. What we are (and aren't)
MyMagic VIP is an independentvirtual guide service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, Disneyland Paris, or any theme park operator. Disney, Universal, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Site only to describe the destinations we support.
We provide expertise: pre-trip itinerary planning and live, remote support via WhatsApp (or similar messaging) during your park day. We are not a travel agency, we do not sell park tickets, hotel stays, or Lightning Lane passes, and we do not process payments to Disney or Universal on your behalf.
3. Your accounts and purchases stay yours
You keep full control of your own My Disney Experience (or equivalent) account and your own payment methods at all times. We tell you what to book and when — you make the purchases with your own card in your own account. Park tickets, Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass fees, Premier Access at Disneyland Paris, food, hotels, and transportation are not included in our fees and are paid by you directly to the relevant provider.
4. Booking, payment, and gratuity
- Our service tiers, rates, and hourly minimums are listed on the Pricing page. All bookings include a 20% guide gratuity.
- If your tour date is within 30 days, payment in full (plus gratuity) is due at booking. One hour of every tour is non-refundable to cover planning work.
- If your tour date is more than 30 days out, a deposit equal to one hour is due at booking; the remaining balance plus gratuity is charged 14 days before the tour.
5. First-Trip Discount
The First-Trip Discount (50% off any tier) applies to your first paid booking with MyMagic VIP, regardless of park. Subsequent bookings are at regular rates. One first trip per household. We may modify or end the promotion for future bookings at any time; bookings already confirmed keep their agreed price.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- If we cancel for unforeseen reasons, you receive a full refund or a free rebook to a new date — your choice.
- Cancel 15+ business days before your tour: refund of everything except the non-refundable planning hour.
- Cancel 3–14 business days before: four hours per tour are non-refundable.
- Cancel within 48 hours of the tour: 100% of the tour is non-refundable.
- Date changes requested before the 48-hour window are accommodated free of charge, subject to guide availability.
7. What we can't control
Theme parks are living systems. Ride closures, weather, Lightning Lane availability, park capacity, pricing changes, and Disney/Universal policy changes are outside our control. We promise our best expert effort to optimize your day — we cannot guarantee specific attractions, wait times, character meetings, or reservation availability. No refunds are owed for outcomes caused by park operations, weather, or your own changes of plan.
Our service also depends on you having a working phone with internet access in the park and responding to your guide's instructions in a timely way.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach security, scraping content at scale, submitting false quote requests, or using our content to build a competing service. All Site content (text, design, and original imagery) belongs to MyMagic VIP and may not be republished without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMagic VIP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of theme park operators and other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@mymagicvip.com and give us 30 days to work it out — most issues are solved with a conversation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply to bookings made after the change; confirmed bookings keep the terms in effect when they were made.
