Privacy Policy

MyMagic VIP ("MyMagic VIP," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent virtual Disney guide and concierge service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, or any theme park operator.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through mymagicvip.com(the "Site") and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at hello@mymagicvip.com.

Information you give us.When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you submit: your first and last name, email address, planned park date, group size, whether it's your first trip with us, and any message you include. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we also receive the contact details and message content you share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited and whether a quote form was submitted. We also process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security purposes (for example, rate-limiting abusive traffic).

Information we do not collect. We never ask for or store your Disney account (My Disney Experience) password, your payment card details for Disney purchases, or any government ID. You always keep control of your own Disney and Universal accounts and your own payment methods.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote request and prepare your proposal;
• Deliver our services — building your itinerary and supporting you live during your park day;
• Communicate with you about your booking via email or WhatsApp;
• Improve the Site and measure the performance of our content and advertising;
• Protect the Site against abuse, spam, and fraud;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags. We may use Google Ads and similar advertising platforms, including conversion measurement and remarketing features, which rely on cookies to show you relevant ads and measure whether our ads led to a quote request.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. For more on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google's partner sites policy.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — never for their own marketing. These currently include:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for quote requests (data stored in the United States);
• Netlify — website hosting and content delivery;
• Google — analytics, tag management, and advertising measurement;
• WhatsApp (Meta)— when you choose to contact us there, subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer (for example, a merger or acquisition), in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data.

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business records, and then delete or anonymize them. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mymagicvip.com with your request. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards: all traffic to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS/HSTS), form submissions are validated and sanitized server-side, database access is restricted with row-level security, and we rate-limit requests to prevent abuse. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical measures.

Our services are designed for families, but they are contracted by adults. The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any details you share about the children in your travel party (like ages or heights for ride planning) are provided by you as the responsible adult and used solely to plan your trip.

The Site is operated from the United States and directed at a U.S. audience. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
