Magic Kingdom's version loads long boats continuously and moves a very large number of guests per hour, so the queue eats itself — the posted wait is usually worse than the real one. The honest exception is the holiday season, when the overlay turns a filler ride into something people specifically line up for. From roughly November through early January, a Multi Pass slot here is defensible. The rest of the year, walk on during a parade or in the last hour of the night and put that slot on Peter Pan's Flight, which is fifty steps away and never self-corrects.
